Our group ranged from 8 to 65 years old. Not one time, during our week long stay, did a child say they were bored. The property was large and secluded. The pond with the fountain was beautiful. "Beach was a short walk across the street. You could see the Ocean from the upstairs windows. Beds were comfortable. The downstairs water pressure was not good but the two showers upstairs were good. Felt like the online description was accurate. We had 9 people from ages 14 to 86 and they all had a great time."
