"Staff were excellent. Hotel was under construction during our stay. Hotel did a good job keeping construction interference to minimum. Room was nice, clean, and roomy but the air conditioner was old and LOUD. Like being inside an engine! Bathroom doesn't look like it was remodeled with room - warped door and older tiles. But not a problem. Only criticism was the old, ver LOUD air conditioning unit...right next to bed."

This place is unremarkable, pictures on the site are unrepresentative and service is horrible. 1) service: This hotel is in the gold hotel.com rewards program. As gold members we should therefore be offered both a free drink and a complimentary upgrade if available. On this particular day the hotel was mostly empty. Upon check-in the person at the front desk entirely refused to provide either rewards although acknowledging that it was clearly stated...

"We booked based on price and reviews. This had good reviews. Lobby was clean and check in smooth. But that is where our experience ended being positive. We got to our room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. We went back to desk to ask for a nonsmoking room and he said all rooms were non smoking and they were full so no changes he offered to spray deodorizer and we accepted that offer. Upon opening shades we then see that the floors had not been cleaned, like in a long time! Coffee stains...

"The front staff was amazing!!! Justin and Moses, the front staff members, were very helpful. They cared about our stay and ensured we were well taken care of. They deserve a raise!!! Hotel overall is quiet! Great location. It is very close to many areas. Parking is truly available onsite. There is a parking garage, for lower vehicles, and outside parking for larger/taller than 6 feet vehicles. Clean hotel room. The beds are comfortable. Lovely hotel!"

"Good facility, convenient to airport and surprisingly quiet, given it is in the flight pattern for the airport and backs up to the expressway. Didn't experience any noise while inside the property. Breakfast was adequate but the service staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Professional, friendly and extremely competent. Would recommend if you are traveling with pets as they seem to be the only hotel in the area that allows pets (with an additional deposit/fee). Only surprise we had was the $10 for...

"The room was ok, but the air conditioner kept me awake. It kept making noise when it would come on. The next morning my husband was taking a shower and there was red hair (a lot) on the shower wall."

"Property is under going renovations but I stayed in one of updated rooms and it was very nice. I did not hear any construction noise during my stay. Once complete, I'm sure the property will be very nice. I plan to stay there again in the near future."
