Hoteller nær Cykelsti på Paseo Xaman-Ha

"The room was cozy and clean with ac. The staff was helpful about planning out our day and went above and beyond. Breakfast was also a very nice touch and enjoyed by the family. Would stay here again. Thanks to the team at Casa Gem."

"Very clean and comfortable. It was a bit noisy, but that is to be expected for such a central location. Staff friendly and helpfull. "

"The place is very colorful. The room was simple, a bit old, but clean. Wifi worked well. The manager and other guests were very nice. I had a good stay."

"Very good stay, would stay there again. Awesome personel working there. Only minus for me, was the palm trees are quiet tall, and they shadow, the swimingpool."

"Monica was excellent, and I felt very welcomed back after this was my second stay. The room was comfortable and felt very well cared for. Although the checkout and exit, just as with the first visit was disappointing. A passive aggressive text saying I should check out 5 minutes before so they have time to check the room, followed by comments about my natural black carbon toothpaste suggesting I had stained their towel. I showed them it's a natural product and washes out, of course I would not...

"Close to Beach and 5th Ave. Finding the Apartment was nearly impossible with local residents even. No signage that is readily visible. The key code was not explained, there were 2 1 on the door the other on the wall. The key code was very sensitive and after 1 attempt you would need to wait 3 -5 minutes to attempt again. No Host to call for entry which became a huge problem."
