( Tilbagevejen er South terminal hvor der ikke står på skiltet at man lander i Gatwick lufthavn - dette burde være mere tydelig for turister)

Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room "

Con: your average run down London Hotel just not in London but at the same price. Had not been vacuumed, Black mould between the tiles in the shower, toothpaste all over the curtains and mirror by the sink (in room not in bathroom) "

"My husband & I had to travel from the other end of the country to visit an elderly relative in the nearby hospital, and needed a reasonably-priced last-minute room for 2 nights. This fitted the bill perfectly, and I knew we'd made the right choice when I spoke to the Manager. What a lovely guy: friendly, honest, helpful, straightforward, and so easy to deal with. Many hotel managers could take a lesson from him.
