"The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more.
The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message.
This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it."

"This studio apartment near Coventry Cathedral is a rare gem. The location is outstanding—it’s the closest you can stay to the cathedral. The space was clean and well-kept, with a compact but functional kitchen. The price was very reasonable. I’d definitely stay here again!"

We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*."

Breakfast was good and reasonable. Parking was expensive at ncp lot..but not the fault of Premier Inn. I'd definately stay here again."

"The hotel is under a refurb. But basic amenities should still function. However, the tv was out of service (broken signal box), the wifi didn’t work and there was a weird smell on the entire floor (something between a brewery and a lot of weed smoking).
