No problems getting in. We had been allocated a dog friendly apartment at the back of building on ground floor. Sadly, no view of the beach but we did find it quiet and well suited to our needs. They provided everything we could need from a French coffee press, fresh cotton linens and lovely bathroom toiletries. The beds were firm and the 5 of us fit comfortably.
