"This was our second time staying at Lynstone Lakes, and it didn't disappoint. The cabin was super clean, and had everything we needed, including a litre of milk, toilet paper and clean towels. The kitchen is really well stocked too with utensils and equipment. The location is brilliant, secluded so its quiet, but only a 15 minute walk into Bude along the road, or slightly longer along the scenic canal. "The lodge was clean, comfortable and had everything the two of us and our two dogs needed for a long weekend. It was quiet and had lovely views over the countryside. It’s only a short walk into the village where there are a choice of eating places (but choose wisely-we chose the farmers arms based on their website and it was the most disappointing meal/experience ever). "While the outside scenery of the property was beautiful the host was not helpful at all. In addition, I was asked to pay a security deposit amount prior to my visit, which I happily paid. But she kept it unfairly because she said she found a stain in the duvet! I am not sure what stain requires £50 to be washed. Even a new duvet cover doesn’t require £50! Also it’s extremely difficult to get transportation if you don’t have your own. We didn’t have our own transportation and had immense...
