"We had a wonderful week in Cornwall with our daughter, son-in-law and Grandaughter. Seashells did not disappoint with having the added facilities of the Retallack resort to hand. Having a master bedroom upstairs for us and then the king bedroom and twin downstairs worked perfectly for us. Location in Cornwall allows access to everywhere"

"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. "This is a beautiful property which is a perfect base to explore beaches and areas around padstow. The accommodation was very clean and contained everything needed for our stay. Beautiful views and outdoor area. Lovely touches such as milk in the fridge and tasty biscuits on arrival. Atlantic taxi company was very welcome for getting in and out of Padstow (avoiding busy parking). Rick Steins cornish arms pub is within walking distance. "We loved our stay. The accommodation was exactly as described, very clean and exactly what we were looking for. Gordon was a fantastic host and very responsive. Porthtowan was a great base for us to explore the Cornish coast and we were also able to make the most of the local walks, pubs and ice cream shops! "Really enjoyed our stay at the lodge, surprised how big the property was and how much space we had. Loved the en suite and wardrobe space in the main bedroom. Had a very homey feel with all the extra touches as oppose to a hotel room with just the basics. All of which made a very comfortable stay. The bed was very comfy!
