"Staff was helpful. I had a pleasant stay."

"The cove was wonderful"

"My husband and I booked a luxury ocean view room that was supposedly upgraded to diamond. It seems the upgrade was being on the 7th floor. The room itself was basic and very small, however it was clean and the view was lovely. The staff are very friendly and polite. My only complaint regarding staff was that there was no extra effort made to inform guests about the activities happening on the property. "Comfortable and well-maintained rooms. The pool and beach were delightful. Great staff! The Activities & Entertainment team was awesome (Thanks, Jonah, Michael, Sabrina, Joseph, Thunder and Ricardo!)."

"Thought we were there for a short time, Grand Palladium Jamaica was an amazing resort. The staff were friendly, the food was good, there was lots to do, and the pool was amazing. We plan to go back for at least well next time."

"Staff,facility was all great"

"Excellent Service"

"Beautiful resort and everyone was beyond friendly"

"The property needs some work"

I was told that I had an Exoedia 10 % discount in the premises and was instructed to visit the Expdia partner desk for additional information concerning my benefits. The Resort personnel appear to be pleasant when processing vacationers requests for shuttle...
