If you keep in mind that much of the charm of Jamaica is slowing down and getting on island time, you will not be worried about rushing to get whatever you're looking for. All good things in time. "Honestly the worst “hotel” experience ive ever encountered. Especially for the money spent. Very old and not maintained property. It doesn’t even qualify as a motel let alone a resort with all inclusive. At dinner there wasn’t tables enough, so we went out to eat. "Min kærestesorg jeg boede på Xtabi resort i 14 dage. Det var virkelig skønt. Et ideelt sted til afslapning. Xtabi ligger på klipperne ved den vestlige kyst og fra hotellet er der direkte adgang til det fantastiske caribiske hav. Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. "Only A frame I know of in Jamaica! Kind of like staying in a tiny house.Hot plate worked well just needed a larger skillet for cooking a meal. Microwave didnt work well. Night view of Lovers Leap Lighthouse also spectacular. Then the night star filled sky. No other people on the lane but owner very aware of goings on so security definitely there....

"If you just like an all inclusive experience and laying in the sun, then it’s perfect for you. If you like more to a vacation than that, then I could not recommend this place. Drunk people all over, bad food probably because drunk people won’t notice. The hotel itself is clean and nice with good rooms. The beach is also great, there’s just nothing besides to do there. Had to go far away for activities, so for that reason I prefer Ocho Rios. "
