Luxurious villa with own lake and 6 bedrooms

We are renting out our luxurious and spacious villa that is located next to an amazing lake and forest – yet only 15 mins from Copenhagen. The villa has 6 different bedrooms, where several of them have stunning views of the lake and direct access from the bedroom to the large garden. It features two bathrooms, both are modern and brand new (from 2019/2020). The house is located next to a beautiful forest (Hareskoven).

The spacious living room is the heart of the house. It is directly connected to the large terrace overlooking our lake and with en suite access to the kitchen. The dining table seats 10-12 persons.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances - including Kitchen Aid, large gas stove from SMEG, Nespresso and a huge side-by side fridge and freezer and of course dishwasher and microwave oven.

5 of the room are traditional bedrooms, plus the spacious training room that can be converted to a 6th bedroom if needed.

The Large garden (3.000 square meters) is partly covered by a lovely lake. It has two large lawns (with soccer goal/balls).

Feel free to use the small boat (life jackets are provided). It also has a greenhouse with tomatoes, cucumbers, chilly (feel free to pick whatever is in season) and an outside strawberry bed (berries are ready for you in July). All produce is of course organic. (don’t worry about watering, all are in self-watering boxes)

Level 2 (upper level):
- Bedroom 1 – Large master bedroom with stunning view over lake. King size (double) bed
- Bedroom 2 – Large bedroom with queen size bed
- Bedroom 3 – Large bedroom with single bed (large enough to add another air mattress on the floor if you need more beds)
- WC – brand new from year 2020
- Bathroom – bathroom with double sink and shower, brand new from year 2020

Level 1 (street level):
- Entrance/hallway
- Terrace overlooking the garden and lake – direct access from kitchen and living room. Large and new BBQ grill.
- Kitchen with large dining table (extendable to 12 persons) – en suite access to living room
- Living room (large couch, comfy chairs). 65 inch smart tv.
- Bedroom 4: Single bed – can be replaced with queen size air mattress if needed)

Level 0 (garden level):
- Bedroom 5: Double bed with direct access to garden
- Bedroom 6: If needed the training room can be converted to a 6th bedroom.
- Bathroom and WC: With shower, from year 2019
- Play and training room: Large room with bench/weights, bicycle and home trainer (Wahoo), 65 inch smart tv, PS 4
- Laundry room: Washer and dryer

Outside:
- Large garden with two large lawns (including soccer goal, balls and “bouncher”)
- Direct lake access with our own small boat (life jackets are included)
- Green house with tomatoes, cucumbers, chilly and strawberries (feel free to pick whatever is in season). All organic.
- Outdoor strawberry bed (they should be ready for you in July). All organic.
- Fireplace (plenty of dry wood provided)
- Four bicycles (two adults, two junior). If you need more (incl MTBs), they can be rented for reasonable prices and the local MTB Tours shop (500 meters from house)
