Super god lokation. Passer fint til 6 personer, dog kunne der godt bruges andet end køkken stole at sidde på, samt en knagerække i entré til overtøj. Meget stor tilfredshed herfra

Generelt godt - rengøring bør være mere grundig.
Fin lejlighed med god plads og sikker adgang. Absolut acceptabelt støjniveau i betragtning af den centrale placering i byen. Vi kan sagtens bruge dette igen. Dog var det ene toilet ikke ordentligt rengjort og opvaskemaskinen ikke kørt da vi ankom.

Good for family with kids
We were a family of 4, with two smaller kids. The placement was close to both train and walking distance to central cph and comford of having an hotel apparment was very nice. Everything worked nicely and communication and service was good and relevant. They helped with parking and we cheked in our bags though the cleaner was not done yet, No problems there. I'm sure we will return one day and use the same company.

En rigtig god oplevelse. Rent og hyggeligt. Det var svært at komme i kontakt med udlejer. De sendte dog løbende mail afsted med brugbar information. 200 m til nærmeste Netto. God placering i KBH.

Vi var uden bolig pga branden i Vanløse , og denne bolig gav os en super base . Vi nød at der var et par kogeplader og et køleskab så vi kunne blive "hjemme" og bare være . Så fint

Rent og ryddig. Savnet en stol eller to samt salongbord i stuen. Dir vår del var sengen i det mykeste laget, men det er personlig smak og behag. Flott baderom og nok av det vi trengte til saglig bruk.

Nicely located spacious apartment
Nice, spacious and inviting apartment in fantastic location considering the size. Hallway, elevator etc. Very old and not up to the standards of the apartment, but makes you appreciate the feel of the place itself even more. Warning, the extractor hood in the kitchen did not work, and the stove is very powerful, so leave the windows open if you are cooking anything which could set off a firealarm. We had a visit from the firedepartment after cooking some spices, which set off the alarms in the whole building, and as it is a hotel building the firealarms can only be turned off by the fire department if they go off. Quite an experience.. Overall a very nice stay though. Can echo the comments from others about the soft beds.. would be great to have those changed. But would still go there again.

Hej Jonas Thanks again for your stay and we are happy that you liked the Apartment. The extractor hoods are working but you do need to turn on/off as they are running on central ventilation system. We do apologise for the visit from the fire departement. Heavy cooking can and should trigge the alarm in case anything was forgotten on the stove or in the oven. We have already called for an inspection of the trigger sensitivity to be sure it is working at it’s best. Thanks again we do hope to see you again.

Gammel lejlighed, meget lyd, tingene fungerer nogenlunde minimum er brugt til indretning.

Thank you for the feedback! The building itself is an older building in inner Copenhagen but the apartment, and the floor we have the apartment on, is brand new which is visible as you step in. It was renovated and finished in the summer of 2020. Yes it is true that some parts in the building are being renovated at the moment by building management from outside- but luckily it is nothing to do with our floor and apartments:) We as hotel apartments do use minimal design unlike if you would rent a private airbnb, but make sure to have all necessities for our guests with fully equipped kitchen etc..:) We do hope to see you again another time! Central and convenient
Unproblematic check-in and nice room with facilities as described. The double bed made of two single madras could be fixed together for better comfort. Central location, away enough from traffic. Good quality for the money.

Ikke udsigt til søerne, et hotel midt i et kollegie. Der blev røget på opgangen, larm og ikke hyggeligt. Værelset var ikke pengene værd, vinduer var meget beskidte. Ellers var der rent på værelset. Pigerne der gjorde rent var søde og i mødekommende. Vi kommer der aldrig igen, slappede ikke af og tog hjem dør tid

Dear Guest, We are sorry to hear about your experience. The apartment is a street in from the lakes, therefore despite being in the center it is still a quiet location. There is no view on the lakes but that we never indicated that it would be. We offer hotel-apartments in a residential building but we are not a hotel. And here to help with as much as we can, so please feel free to contact us with any questions. It was exactly what I expected. I had an Apple TV which meant I needed an Apple ID to use the additional apps. I don't have one so was only able to use Netflix. Not a major issue as I wasn't there to watch TV however it would have been better if I had the option.

Kind staff.
The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me.

Yes, By the Lakes apartments have the washing machine and dryer on the hallway as we try to keep as much space as possible in the apartments for the guests to enjoy. Even tho it’s on the hallway, it is easily accessible and also now we redesigned it and it’s even better than before.Of course if you prefer having this amenities inside the apartment, we have other locations that can suit your preferences!

The apartment met our family needs well. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was fantastic, the kitchen was stocked well enough and the location was close enough to the major sites and the metro. A few extra things in the kitchen such as sugar would have been helpful but overall, it was just what we needed for our trip.

Great location, close to the train station. Even though the apartment is in the city, it's very quiet. Very easy to access with the door codes and good communication from the hotel. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a good stay in Copenhagen.

There was no place to put anything (toiletries) in the bathroom. No instructions to use the stove. the elevator will only let one person and one luggage fit at a time. Lots of construction out front of the building. It is in a central location near all the tourist things you might be interested. No able to figure out how to use the TV. If you just need a place to sleep, it will work. Probably will pick a different location next time.

Great location, comfortable stay.
This apartment is in a great location - walking distance to Tivoli Gardens and several metro/train stations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen was adequate for our needs, 3 bedrooms gave us all the space we needed. Having a washer/dryer on the same floor was nice, however one of the two dryers was out of order, so it was a bit of a race to do laundry some evenings. There was quite a bit of street noise, but we were able to drown it out with the fan and our white noise machines. Except for Saturday night (our first night), when it was insanely loud at 1:30am…it sounded like someone was dragging garbage bins into the courtyard below and the noise lasted for 15-20 min. Otherwise the city noise didn’t bother us. The management company was extremely responsive and very helpful.
