Super lejlighed med den mest ideelle beliggenhed i gåafstand til Strøget osv. alt fungerede. Kommunikation super hurtig via email, meget hjælpsomme. Køkken veludstyret. Absolut et sted, man ønsker at vende tilbage til.

Skøn lejlighed midt i centrum
Dejlig nyrenoveret stor lejlighed midt i byen tæt på alt. Grundet placering af soveværelser ud mod kirken/runde tårn var der meget støj tidligmorgen fra renovation og vej arbejde på Strøget. Der er ej heller dobbelt ruder til at tage støjen. Badeværelset var lækkert men hunde koldt da gulvvarmen ikke var tændt i tide, bør tændes min 24 timer før gæster ankommer - specielt når temp udenfor er minus grader. Kommer gerne igen, men vil vælge lejlighed med elevator da de har værelser væk fra gaden.

Det er lækkert at der er så meget plads. Men hvis man tror man kommer og kan smide benene op og slappe af med den netflix de reklamere med medfølger tager man fejl. Det første man lige skal gøre, er at køre glas og bestik i opvaskemaskinen, da der stadig var mad på gafler og knive og læbemærker på glas. Da der ikke er hverken støvsuger eller kost til rådighed, skal man også lige afse tid til at lege askepot på gulvet, vi havde vådservietter med, der blev brugt til at gøre gulvet rent, da det altså var fyldt med hår, MEGET ucharmerende i denne corona tid, at rengøringen simpelthen var så håbløs. Hvis man så tror, at man kan nyde et dejligt bad efterfølgende, tager man igen fejl, da der ikke er særlig meget powet på bruseren. Men efter man selv har gjort rent og vasket op, og slået sin egen chromecast til, kan man så smide bene op. Dog er sengene 2-delte, og derfor ikke specielt komfortable. Man kan sige det man betaler for på Rosenborg Hotel apartments er: Plads, køkken og beliggenhed. For tv'ets eneste funktionelle funktion er chromecast fra egen mobil

We are sorry if you find your stay with us a little inconvenient but you never said anything during your stay. Had you reported these issues first hand, we shoul've taken action in every way we can. Please note that we never received such complaints from our previous guests.

Super skønt ophold, Fik bare aldrig den barne højstol som lovet, rykkede for den, og fik den lovet igen, men den kom aldrig ??? Ellers alt fint og skønt. Meget larm med affalds container der bliver tømt i gården midt om natten .... blev helt forskrækket.

Fantastisk i midten af København
Dejlig stor lejlighed med 3 individuelle soveværelser. Skøn beliggenhed lige ved Rundetårn og tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Eneste minus var skraldemænd i gården kl. 02 om natten, vi to gange måtte ringe efter skralde poser og et håndtag fra den ene dør til soveværelset faldt af.

Centralt og bekvemt
Velbeliggende, vedligeholdt og med gode faciliteter, perfekt til en familie på 4. Vi var 5, så teenageren havde en opredning på sovesofaen, hvilket fungerede, men ikke var helt optimalt. Man er tæt på alt, smådel er et godt udgangspunkt for at opleve København til fods. Der er støj fra gården, og nogle lidt støjende fans, der blæser luften rundt, men ikke aircondition.

Nuestra estadía fue perfecta. Todo muy limpio y espacioso. El metro muy cerca aunque puedes ir andando a la mayoría de sitios de interés de la ciudad. El supermercado está prácticamente al lado, lo que lo hace súper conveniente. La única pega es el ruido, que desde las 7 de la mañana recogen todos los días los cubos de la basura y se escucha bastante y las campanas de la Iglesia que está en frente que suenan a las 8 de la mañana. Por lo demás, todo muy recomendable y agradable!

The Rosenborg Apartments will be my go to for every trip to Copenhagen! It’s fantastic! The location can’t be beat and is close to anything you can possibly need (transit, shopping, grocery, sightseeing). Communication was outstanding. Two things to note: It’s directly across from the Round Tower and bells do ring at 8am and 8pm during the week for 2-3 minutes straight. Also, some of the apartments are walk up so if you have mobility issues you may want to confirm you are staying on a lower floor (0-1) or in the area with elevator access.

Our stay at the Rosenborg was great! The apartment itself was comfortable and accommodated all of us well. It’s in a very convenient location in the city center making it easy to walk to the metro, shopping, restaurants and many tourist attractions. The staff was very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed and are available 24 hours a day. The check in/check out process was simple. The one issue we had was noise during the night and early morning. You will hear other loud guests if there’s an apartment above you as well as the morning trash service as they cross the courtyard with the receptacles. So, just be prepared for that and maybe sleep with a white noise feature if you’re a lighter sleeper like me. All in all though, the comfort and convenience of the Rosenborg made our stay in Copenhagen very enjoyable.

Great property, excellent communication from the host. Property spacious, clean and tidy. High chair and travel cot provided was excellent. Would have been handy to have some child crockery/cutlery. Good location for shops, cafes and restaurants and Metro only a 5 min walk away. Noisy rubbish collection each morning and the church across the road rings it's bells a lot!

Beautiful apartment, central location few mins walk from Norreport metro station, lots of good food options nearby, handy Netto supermarket on corner and useful free laundry & luggage storage facilities (after 11am check out). As the apartment is a city centre location you will get the inevitable street noise in the evenings, courtyard noise (bins/luggage over cobbles/guests) and the bells across the street are rung at 8am everyday.

We had a wonderful stay at our Rosenborg apartment. Our family of 4 were very comfortable and felt very safe. The location was perfect - walking to many major sites, transportation, bike rentals, shopping and dining. The hosts were very communicative and reached out during our stay to check in on us. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

Loved the central location of this apartment! Step outside and find everything on your doorstep! The cafe next door was brilliant for an early morning coffee fix and a Netto on the corner for some breakfast provisions. We found the apartment to be clean, spacious and quiet. The only real noise was the bin lorries just before 8am and the bells chiming at 8am but we liked that. The shower in the apartment was amazing and always hot. I would have preferred a 2nd wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom rather than some hooks with hangers but that was my only gripe. Excellent communication from the hotel. Loved the ease of check-in and the left luggage where we could leave our things on the day we arrived until we could check-in and then again on departure day. Anytime I needed to contact the apartment they responded within literally minutes which was excellent so a very slick experience which worked very well indeed. Would recommend this place for convenience to central Copenhagen it made an excellent base and for the excellent customer service they offer.
