"This is a cozy well kept downstairs apartment. The walk out patio is a bonus that you don't usually find in the city. We loved the location because you could walk to all our favorites, Sylvia's, Red Rooster and the Apollo. Subway stops are convenient to downtown. Apartment is well equipped with anything that you could need. We did something as with all properties, and the manager was there within the hour. We will definitely stay here again."

"The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. "The apartment is located on the second floor, and it was decorated true to the bohemian style. It was a perfect place for a girls trip with my friend and our daughters. Host is very helpful and responsive, the area is nice with corner stores and restaurants close by. It wasn’t too bad to find parking, but know you have to change sides of the street for street cleaning. We took advantage of the kitchen and everything worked well. Beautiful large windows with tons of natural light. "
