"Clean, modern studio apartment with W/D, kitchenette, and large fridge. Bathroom quite nice. The bed was a bit lumpy and like ALL of the Brickell apartments and condos late nite Lamborghini and muscle car backfires are common. Our host was polite and left earplugs on the bed when we. Checked in. Given its location, I would stay there again. "

I was very disappointed as I chose the place based on the views. Potential renters need to be informed at the beginning in full transparency. Also we were woken up most mornings to loud...

"I hardly ever write reviews but I think this property needs some unbiased reviews.
To start, the hotel is in a very central location not too far from south beach but far enough. The room was a little dated but very clean and contrary to other reviews we never waited for elevators. BLU Vacations who you book through are fantastic. The pics of the room are exactly what was there. The Alexander had some rules that maybe need mentioning. You cannot bring any of your own food or drink to the pool...
