"The most amazing hotel in Miami. Service is worldclass from the doorman to the managers. Very high class and staff has enormous surplus of energy and smiles towards all customers. Place is well kept and I recommend this hotel to all."

"Excellent accommodations the host was and went above and beyond to meet our needs will be staying with them again and highly recommended for all of our Umiami families traveling"

"Always stay within this building when staying in coconut grove wether that be with family or on my own. The self contained apartments are always a winner! Great location for everything within the grove. 20 mins to inter Miami stadium, 25 mins to the airport and 30 mins to the dolphin center. Great location and really great host. If I had to pick one thing to critique it would be that this is a self contained apartment which means no regular cleaning or towel / toilet roll replacement which can...

"All good. Nice location. Pretty easy in and out. Clean unit with a nice view"

"The refrigerator had not been cleaned. We had to throw away some cooked beans. As soon as we came in the room, a mirror fell off. It did not break. We tried to re hang it but the nails were not strong enough. The balcony door was dirty."

"View even more impressive than expected. Very walkable neighborhood. "

"The view was great. I always enjoy the Arya and Coconut Grove. This unit was well maintained. The stay was compromised by neighboring units. Maybe the walls were too thin or maybe I was just unlucky to have visitors on both sides that were audibly loud (music played too loud and too long into the night and voices heard through the wall verifying their enjoyment of their stay.)"

"The pristine condition of the room, coupled with the exceptional views from both the supreme and gym areas, proved to be highly satisfactory. The host demonstrated exemplary service, and the staff maintained a commendable level of professionalism. Will be back again soon"

"Very clean room. Great location, and staff was very friendly, and helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay! Everything was just as described! Location was great and central to the Grove. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate! The electric blinds and full-size appliances were bonuses! The pool and workout room was the cherry on top!"
