"Great base to explore IOW (by car), nowhere is very far away.Enjoyed visiting Godshill, Shipwreck Centre, Carisbrooke Castle, Newtown Nature Reserve, Freshwater Bay (great waves!), Cowes, Sandown, Ventnor and Shanklin. Also climbed Bembridge Windmill and had lunch at St Helen's beach.Had a boiler breakdown on first morning so had no hot water for 4 days, happened on the Friday so difficult to find someone to repair it. "Beautifully furnished and in good decorative order. Loads of space, really well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds. There was a big box of toys for the little ones to play with, as well as baby gates, a travel cot and other useful things for kids. It was the ideal location for our trip. Nothing at all, it was all great!"

"We used as a crew house so the fact the rooms can be set up as three twins was ideal. Some padding on the low ceiling over the stairs! Forgot to duck a couple of times."

"Spacious house for 8 adults, enough cutlery and condiments to dine in. Loved the proximity to the sea and comfortable beds. Plenty to do in Sandown and the beach was lovely. The biggest shame for us was the privacy glass. We chose this house for the views as my mother had an operation and needed to rest while we had fun. She couldn’t see the sea at all unless she stood up-other properties in the same block had clear glass. There was everything you needed except oven gloves and a hand towel,...

"The property is spacious and is well placed for access to the town.However we found the lack of parking to be an added anxiety at the end of the day. Although told we could park in Co-op the signs said it closed with the shop at 8pm so we didn't risk it.Also the windows were extremely hard to open and close and didn't provide any noise reduction from the the very busy road. Buses ran until midnight and glazier and Co-op were both un/loading by 7am.We also had a ring doorbell go at 8.30 on 2...

"The space and layout of the house is amazing. Very good for a larger family of 6 adults. The dining room view was very beautiful. The whole house is very well presented and offers great natural light throughout the house. The swimming pool and outside area is fabulous. Our favourite place to be. Great hot tub and my daughter loved the swing seat in the garden nook The bedrooms were a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The modern decor throughout the house is very nice....
