The home features two bathrooms—one on the main floor with a Jacuzzi and the second on the upper level with a bathtub and stand-up shower.

• Private & Secure: This listing is for the main home only. The basement is a separate unit occupied by tenants who do not have access to your space, and guests do not have access to theirs.
• No Backyard Access: The backyard is used by the basement residents’ dogs, who are unleashed during bathroom breaks. For safety reasons, please do not enter the backyard unless it’s an emergency.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only on the front porch with the front door completely closed to keep the home fresh and comfortable for all guests.
