I pointed out that I had seen two rooms listed online through Expedia. Her response was that I needed a reservation number to proceed. On the spot, I completed the reservation via Expedia and secured a room. It would have been more efficient if the front desk employee had checked the system before addressing my query, as I could have avoided the online booking process and enjoyed a quicker check-in. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for my needs, being close to the airport. Additionally, there’s an outlet mall nearby. Although I didn’t require it, they do offer a free airport shuttle service for those who might need it.
