Hoteller i Øst Jerusalem

"Dan Jerusalem ligger på toppen af Jerusalem, med en fabelagtig udsigt over byen. Selv om både værelser og omgivelserne er dejlige, er det kun receptionen der ligner et 5 stjernet Hotel. Selv om vi havde booket executive værelser, mener jeg slet ikke at der er tale om et 5 stjernet Hote, på en god dag er det højest et 4 stjernet hotel, og er slet ikke som vi iøvrigt kender Dan kæden. "Leonardo Jerusalem exceeded our expectations in all categories. We are a family of 5 and have travelled a lot around the world, and we have to say that Leonardo Jerusalem is really good value for the money. It's 10 minutes walk from The Old City and just 5 minutes from the light rail train, which is easy and cheap to use. The light rail goes to both Jaffa Road (plenty of restaurants and shops) and to the Holocaust Museum. It's a quiet neighbourhood - we couldn't have felt more safe in Jerusalem....

I loved the stone architecture and the Orthodox Christian icons displayed throughout the hallways—they added such a unique and peaceful touch. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were both delicious. "BEWARE! This hotel uses overbooking. Do NOT book this hotel unless you are prepared to spend some of your precious vacation time moving to other hotels of a lower standard. The hotel was once a luxury hotel, but lack of maintenance has downgraded the hotel some levels. The perfect view over the old city from the top of the olive mount and a low rate might still make 7 arches a reasonable choice, if it was not for the overbooking. "This was the best Hostel ever! the rooms were clean and comfortable. The most delicious breakfast out of any Hostel and even better than most Hotels. the location was amazing as it was close to the tram and the jaffa gate!"
