Implementing additional cleaning measures in response to the virus. Not only are we wiping down all the surfaces as we typically do, but we are utilizing ozone machines, making sure that all door handles, towel bars, and other surfaces like remote controls are also being fully cleaned and sanitized between stays.

Other things to note about the space:
-In/Out Access is hard to beat as long as going up some stairs is not an issue for you and your group! The high ceilings and rooftop mixed with privacy/safety are well worth it! -Top Main Living/dining area has 65” SMART TV w/ cable provided through YouTube TV. SMART TVs as well in both king bedrooms and main-floor living room! -Dining room table fits 6 easily -Very large workspace area -Large Rooftop deck with 360 degree views. -Cozy fireplaces, all-in-one washer/dryer in-unit, and Hardwood floors through out. Just off Wells St. It is a truly unbeatable Old Town location. DONE TO PERFECTION! CLOSE TO LAKE, ENTERTAINMENT, AND RESTAURANTS.
Q: Is the neighborhood safe? A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.
Q: PARKING? A: Even though you don't really need a vehicle for this location in Chicago, we supply parking stickers for zone parking on the street/surrounding streets nearby. Not paying for parking in this area of Chicago is a huge plus!
Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things.
Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in.
Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.
Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.
Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so we don't actually control this.
Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: This is a walk-up (one set of concrete stairs up to main entrance, and then one long set of carpeted stairs once entering the front entrance to get to the top living space). No elevator. If it’s challenging walking up and down stairs, this may not be the best place for you, but there is the master en-suite on the main after you enter. Bringing in luggage to the top two bedrooms may be challenging if large, heavy suitcases.
