The space:
The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

The Nest thermostat allows temperature changes within set ranges: set to Heat mode and adjustable between ~65-74 degrees in cool months and set to Cool mode and adjustable between ~68-78 degrees in warm months (specific ranges are subject to change).

Bedroom #1: Queen size bed and dedicated workspace

Bedroom #2: Full size bed

Amenities:
In-unit laundry, two dedicated workspaces, dining/work table, Nest thermostat, smart TV with Chromecast, self check-in, and high-speed Wifi

Location:
- All within walking distance: coffee shops, multiple parks, BYOB sushi & Thai, grocery & convenience stores, breweries, and countless bars & restaurants

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Free street parking is occasionally available along Damen Ave which conveniently runs adjacent to the building
- Additional street parking is often available on Iowa St but requires a city sticker, plus a designation for zone #168 added to the sticker. City sticker costs $95/year for standard passenger vehicles and adding a zone number costs $25/year
- We will generate a rental lease for you to use in your application. The sticker will be mailed to the building and typically arrives in 1-2 weeks. More info is available by searching online for `Chicago city vehicle sticker`

- Accommodations will be made for self check-in anytime after 1pm
- All requests are subject to availability

House rules:
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.

3. Pay a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
