Using Expedia, I signed up for five nights at this hotel.
The immediate reply was one night for the fourth night. I know that this place to stay never gives refunds, but I gave it a try.
I did explain that I had found four other nights to stay. I also explained that I was totally aware that your statement says you never give refunds but because I thought the one out of four day reservation was your mistake and you might possibly give me a refund for that one day.
Quite a few times I got a phone call from a number I was unaware of and that number never left a message. I’m not into SPAM.
I came back from Chicago yesterday, July 23. I did answer that number. The woman was concerned that “we” hadn’t heard from me. She had no idea that I wouldn’t show up.
I repeated to her what I’ve just written above and all she could say repeatedly was “we” never received the message that I wasn’t coming. My response was, “why do you care that despite not knowing if I slept in that room you’re getting my money and that room stayed untouched, as clean as before, so no problem to you.
Continue trying to have a suitable and recommended place to stay.
