Centrally located to get to all areas of the city, this wonderful near west side location is 2 min to the hwy, one block to the CTA blue line el that goes directly to O’hare airport and downtown etc. It’s a ten min drive to our city’s glorious beaches and lakefront parks and ten minutes to the center of the loop, downtown and Michigan Ave shopping and museums. This enchanting apartment features a cozy bathroom with original clawfoot tub, a super cool kitchen fully outfitted, sunny living room, and original charm, WiFi, and AC. The private back deck is huge and wonderful for spending time outside, it overlooks the landscaped garden which has seating and a fire pit. A true oasis, and wonderful to have a cup of tea after an exciting day walking around this awesome neighborhood. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Chicago and our apartment has to offer. The location is divine, one end of the block is Milwaukee Ave which is full of restaurants, cafes, shops, yoga studios, pharmacies, record shops, boutiques, etc, there is a huge grocery store across the street, post office and fed ex within a block or two, hardware store, blue line el, parks with playgrounds all within a short walk. The other end of the block is Division street, which is also a vibrant street of restaurants bars and cafes, there you can find Starbucks or the local favorite of Alliance Bakery for your coffee.
