THE VIEW!! Great location and so walkable to everything or even better the subway station is literally steps away from the door & takes you anywhere you want to go! As a single mom traveling with three kids I absolutely loved this place. Safe and secure. And I can’t explain how amazing the view is from that balcony - you just have to see it for yourself. It’s like you can reach out and touch the buildings and it is so amazing — especially with the Lake Michigan view to your right side as well. We visited for our Christmas trip so the fireplace was an absolute bonus. The only thing I wish was added is Christmas decor in the apartment during the holiday season. That would be so festive! It is stocked with everything you need - spices, plenty of towels, everything you need to cook with and more.The only con I would mark about this place is the carpet - if that were updated to wood floors it would make it all the better. There is a draft that comes through the hallway front door when the elevator is in motion. It is not a bother, but it did catch me off guard until I figured out what it was.Don’t hesitate to rent this place, it is worth it!

Booked this property for a long weekend stay in Chicago. Walking in to the unit, we were blown away at how gorgeous the property was. The views are absolutely breathtaking. We though the view during the day was beautiful - but then seeing it at night...just absolutely stunning. Seeing the moon reflected off the water was a sight we will always remember. Loved waking up in the morning while it was still dark out, turning on the fireplace, and watching the sun rise. Would absolutely stay here again, highly recommend, 10/10.

Beautiful stay on top of the world

We stayed for a week. The place was beautiful and the view was spectacular, especially at night. The building has amenities galore: pool, gym, BBQ area, and a grocery store 3 steps from the entry door. The hosts were great - they gave very explicit directions that made check in and check out a breeze. The washer and dryer were a great plus! The shower had strong water pressure too. We did a walking murder mystery tour that was great, had drinks at Chicago 360 and saw the bean - all within walking distance. All in all it was a fantastic trip.

Spectacular, stunning views with amenities galore!

Visiting with my husband and son for our first trip to Chicago, we were absolutely blown away walking into this spacious, beautiful, oasis in the sky! The city views from the huge balcony were breathtaking. The location can't be beat with many wonderful restaurants, a grocery store, and the red line right outside the door. Within walking distance to many attractions. The communication with the owners Jim and Jeri-Lou was excellent, and it is evident the pride and care they put into their properties. Every detail was thought of from a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, office supplies, tissue boxes, washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Not a detail was missed! We played several games of pool and basketball on the amenities floor. The gym and pool looked wonderful as well. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Can't say enough, we will definitely be back to this amazing property!

A Chicago Haven (Heaven)

This is an amazing place!! First of all, for visitors it's close to many of the things you would want to do in Chicago. We live an hour or so away in the suburbs, but my wife loves the city skyline so I decided to book this for her birthday. It's much better than any hotel! The hosts are very helpful and responsive. There are a lot of instructions on entering and parking, but their directions were perfect and we had no trouble finding the place or checking in. The doorman was friendly and so were the other people who stayed in the building. If you are searching for a place to stay just book it!!

Very nice apartment in River North

This was a perfect location for a family trip to Chicagonforna friend's wedding. Walking distance to many things and right on the red line for easy access to everything else. The apartment was beautiful and the view was unbeatable. Highly recommend.

Lovely Stay at the Penthouse!

I really can't say enough about this property. Beautiful views, fully equipped home with everything you need.The location was amazing and close to all that we love to do. The red line was literally right outside the door and the grocery store on the first floor was so convenient especially in the sub zero weather.The space was very cozy and the fireplace was a special touch. We loved sitting by the fire with a glass of wine looking out at the water and city views.We will definitely stay here again next time we come to the Windy City.

Thank you so much for sharing your penthouse! We had a very relaxing time and hope to come back sometime when it is a little warmer and we can explore the area more! It was an amazing location for sure! There were so many nice touches from the ample number of outlets/places to charge, the plentiful kleenex boxes, the kitchen amenities and even a fan. We took our county kid grandson for a long weekend trip to the big city. The panoramic view from this lovely penthouse was PERFECT.The penthouse was very nice. The added extras like the library and gym were just a huge bonus. Location was great for our planned excursions.

High marks for this high roost

A big, beautiful, immaculate, wonderfully furnished space 51 floors above the city. Everything in the owner's description is true. Watching the sun rise over the lake from that height was a treat. Also being able to walk to restaurants, Navy Pier, river tours, great blues clubs, plus hop the subway just a few doors away. The door staff was very helpful in stashing our luggage on both sides of our stay (be sure to "show them some kindness" for that service).

Wow - exceeded expectations

This is a really remarkable property. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows will have your jaw on the floor from the moment you walk in. The enormous wrap-around outdoor patio 51 stories up will take your breath away. The amenities in the building, including gym/sauna/steam room/pool/grill area are all first-rate. Parking was seamless, and the neighborhood was great as a tourist. The apartment was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was very effective. Fireplace an unexpected but nice touch. Kitchen had everything we needed to easily prepare meals and snacks when we wanted to have a quiet night in or a home-cooked breakfast. This was a vacation to remember thanks to this exceptional property. I'll be looking for any excuse to come back and stay here again.

This place was beautiful and a great location. We stayed in Penthouse #7 and the balcony was definitely the best feature. We stayed over 4th of July and saw fireworks throughout the city and beyond! James was very responsive and helpful when we needed help.
