"Everything about this house was wonderful but you need to know there are steep steps inside and out. I didn’t realize there was not a picture of the front of the house. We were two couples all in our 70s. The stairs were a problem for some of us. Especially when bringing in heavy suitcases. Also the two bedrooms are on the main floor but one of the bathrooms was downstairs, again a problem. This would be a great house for younger people with kids. "This was a wonderful place to stay. It had everything we needed and was incredibly clean. The location was close enough to anything we needed and several prime tourist destinations, but far enough away that it was silent at night. We loved watching the bunnies in the morning and the bats at dusk. The nearby beach was a delight. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking. "

"Our family of 14 spent 3 nights here and there def were issues. 1) Wrong door code was provided. As there's no cell reception there, it's hard to get a hold of the owner/property manager. Luckily, we were able to get through and a new code was given within 10 mins. Still annoying when you're ready to check in. 2) Lots of plumbing issues. Both showers' faucets were not caulked in and are about to be ripped off the wall. Both shower diverters are glitchy and I believe it's causing a leak through...

"Our stay was great at the backpackers B&B on salt spring island. The location is great, very central and close to town. The B&B is brand new, the bedding is clean and the shared spaces are big. Beautiful property, with an adult slide in the back."
