"Spacious basement living area, full kitchen with all necessary equipment in good condition, very clean. Use of laundry facility was appreciated. Initial impression on arrival was off-putting as steep alley entry led to gravel parking area with weedy seating area for a distant, limited ocean view. Entry was through laundry room, very dark so need to turn light switch on to right of door upon entry. Impression improved a lot once opening the door into the living area. Confusion over access...

"Suite was beautiful! We stayed for 3 nights to attend a wedding. Very clean, had everything we needed. I asked for a broom from Simon, as we had kids and dogs staying. He responded fast and provided a vaccum. The washer/dryer was a great perk. Only regret was not trying out the sauna, it looked lovely. Would definitely stay again!"

"The host was not around when we arrived even though we told her we would be arriving early. The grounds were run down and when we tried to contact her there was no wifi or cell coverage at that remote location. Because of poor communication and the run down appearance of the place we decided to stay elsewhere."
