"We have the last year stayed at many hotels. This hotel is for sure one of the best. First of all the girls in the reception seems like the really love their jobs, and that is fantastic. It seems like there is employees enough to do the cleaning job excellent, I saw more than normal, and the hotel was clean. Big rooms in good condition and breakfast was that little better than normal without being outstanding. Good pool on the top. "

"We had a large comfortable suite overlooking the harbour. There were a few stairs to navigate between the elevator and the room, and we managed them with the luggage.
We were delighted to discover a laundry room for guests on the third floor.
We had a rental car when we arrived, so appreciated the free parking provided. At departure we took the Hullo ferry shuttle, and its stop has very conveniently been temporarily relocated to immediately beside the hotel. "

"The only issue we had was we were rushed at check out, housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:45 saying records indicated we had already checked out. As we were walking out the door the phone started ringing. This was a Monday morning, we’re sure it wasn’t that busy that the room needed to be straightened promptly at 11:00. "

"We stayed here after travelling from the interior and catching the late ferry. It was a great stopover with our two young kids. The room was clean, updated, and the whole grounds felt safe to be in. We showed up after check in hours but the reception left our key for us so we didn’t have to worry about timing. I would recommend staying here !"
