The Space:

This spacious lower suite accommodates up to 10 guests and features three large bedrooms, a living room, 1.5 bathrooms and a kitchenette.

The living room features a TV with a surround sound system, while the large outdoor balcony provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view.

PLEASE NOTE: that this suite DOES NOT HAVE A FULL KITCHEN. There is no stove, dishwasher or laundry available within the unit.

Travelling with an even larger group? The separate upper suite may also be rented, subject to availability, allowing the property to accommodate up to 18 guests in total.

Explore Vancouver Island:

The suite's central Ladysmith location provides convenient access to the highway 1, making it easy to explore destinations throughout Vancouver Island, including Nanaimo, Duncan, Victoria and Tofino.

Downtown Ladysmith is approximately a 5 minute drive away, where you can explore local shops and cafés or stop for coffee and a cinnamon bun at the Ladysmith Bakery.

Approximate driving times include:

• 5 minutes to a grocery store
• 1 hour to Victoria
• 1 hour to Butchart Gardens
• 1 hour to Mount Washington for skiing
• 3 hours to Tofino and its famous surf beaches

Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy nearby, including three hiking trails, golfing, kayaking and relaxing at Transfer Beach, as well as boating from the Government Dock.

Good to Know:

Pets are welcome. A $86.50 pet fee applies per stay and should be paid when booking.

The entrance to the suite is located on the left side of the house and requires guests to walk down several stairs to access the unit.

This property is not suitable for parties or loud groups.

Please note that this is the lower suite of the home. When the upper suite is occupied, some noise from other guests may occasionally be heard.
