Hoteller med pool i Chelsea

"Breakfast was disappointing "

"A really lovely hotel in a great area. Remember to make a reservation if you want to dine in the neighborhood. Nice hotel with friendly staff. The only downside is that you can only get coffee in the restaurant, so you have to wait for it to open."

"Breakfast was horrible and slow"

"Venligt personale"

"Room #1205: Awesome NYC location / Amazing view from the "Central Park View room - king" / However filthy windows ruining any chance of taking decent pictures of the view / Small room / Comfy bed / Nice bathroom amenities / Quiet hallway / Street noise noticeable on 12th floor / No fridge / No in room coffee - tea facilities / No complimentary water / Indifferent hotel staff for the most part."

Meget slidt hotel, meget mere slidt end billederne viser. God seng og puder. God beliggenhed ift. bus til Manhattan. "

"Amazing stay, most welcoming staff, high level service, super convenient location."

"Hotel and staff overall very good, however ALOT of noise form the street, which was disturbing our sleep. "

"Nice hotel and great location, but our suite smelled like cannabis, which isn't nice especially when you travel as a family. We complained and they sprayed, which didn't work. Then they told us they would move us to a new room, however when we came back later they were suddenly fully booked. Not the service you expect from a 4.5 star hotel!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, and unfortunately our room was in a very poor condition, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was clearly not properly maintained. The area around the sink and mirror had damaged and deteriorating sealant, heavy discoloration, and signs of moisture damage. The curtain rod was badly rusted, and the bathroom door was swollen from water damage and would not close properly. After we reported it, the hotel fixed the door, but that was the only issue they...

"Outstanding hotel in a great location downtown. Close to metro and ground zero. The rooms are spacious with large comfortable bed, sofa and desk - all nicely decorated. There was also a big bathroom with everything you can expect. Amazing gym with and pool as well. A perfect hotel for a NY weekend! "
