The stylishly appointed bedroom beckons with abundant natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing a sumptuous King-size bed and an en suite bathroom boasting a shower/tub combination. The expansive kitchen has been recently updated with sleek stainless steel appliances and modern fixtures, boasting ample counter space and seating for four at the generous kitchen island, complemented by a convenient bar area.

In the elegant living room, unwind on the plush furnishings while indulging in entertainment on the Smart TV or tackling tasks from the comfort of the spacious desk. For additional accommodation, the living room features a King pullout couch, ensuring a restful night's sleep for extra guests.

Guests will appreciate the convenience of the adjacent full bathroom, while the lofty ceilings and expansive windows throughout the apartment flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting and airy atmosphere.

As you walk in the prominent entry, you'll notice this two story townhouse style unit has been professionally designed and furnished by a highly acclaimed local interior designer. Modern colors and patterns mixed with historic charm gives this unit a luxury yet homey feel. The original structure dates back to 1852 so you'll get to experience historic Charleston mixed with modern luxuries while residing only a few blocks away from the iconic King Street.

Tall grand ceilings & windows flood the living room with natural light from all directions. The modern & spacious living room is the perfect place to sit and relax while watching the Smart TV or eating a lovely dinner in the dining area. The couch pulls out to a comfortable King size bed, perfect for hosting overnight guests! There's a large stylish half bathroom downstairs right off the living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances & new fixtures and is ready for any home cooked meals you want to enjoy during your stay in Charleston!

As you walk up the stairs, you'll find a washer & dryer and an amazing full bathroom. The first elegant bedroom is filled with natural light from all the windows, and features a King size bed and desk area if you need to work from home. Upstairs, you'll also find another stylish bedroom with a King size bed. Both bedrooms have luxury linens & closets with plenty of storage.

Parking for two vehicles is provided in our designated gravel lot, with spots labeled exclusively for your use. Please ensure to park only in the marked spots for your convenience. The Sutton is the perfect retreat to experience downtown living in one of the most desired neighborhoods in the Holy City. Located on a quiet residential street right off of Spring St, you can walk to many of the best local restaurants and bars, shopping, MUSC, and College of Charleston.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
