"This was a fantastic place to stay for me and my teenage son for Spring Break. Spacious, quiet, clean and in a great location right next to Warner Bros studio on a quiet side street. Whole Foods and several great restaurants are less than 5 min drive or 12-15 min walk away. Parking included. We loved the peaceful backyard with morning sunshine and lots of chirping birds. A little oasis! "

"Though Felix masterfully balances attentiveness with valuing guest privacy, the property is undergoing significant repair and maintenance. The stairs leading down to our studio were in need of repair and pose significant fall risk, and everyday we were there (Thurs-Sun), we were awoken by construction work by 8:30am.
