"I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was for the price since most hotel rooms out in Avalon cost an arm and a leg. It was affordable, incredibly good location, very comfortable with a very good bathroom, and the staff were all very kind during check-in and check-out. This is definitely one of my new favorite places to stay when I visit Avalon!"

"This is a great little hotel on the waterfront and the staff was very helpful and attentive. They let us keep our bags there before check in so we could enjoy the island without dragging around our baggage. They have a little bar out front which had great drinks and appetizers. My only complaint is that in the website and on Expedia it says Breakfast included and they said in person it was included but not complementary, it seemed a little evasive and like they were being deceptive. "We didn't figure out how the air conditioning worked, a small room, but it was only a one night stay and we heard plumbing and loud noises from neighbors and vise a versa l am sure. It's a beautiful older hotel, centrally located!"
