"The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was so nice to be able to store our luggage after checkout so we could continue exploring on our last day before it was time for our ferry. The room was small and a little outdated, but very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for the 2 nights we spent there. Perfect location, central to everything! "

"The hotel is great but the distance to the beach is far. There is shuttle service but not available always if you want to go for a swim. "

"Our boat didn’t leave until 4pm but checkout was at 11am. But the hotel let us leave our bags in the luggage room after checkout so we didn’t have to walk around with all our bags. Very cool. "

"The room looked much better in the photos, the decoration and furniture wasn’t near as nice. The windows were very dirty on the outside and one was even cracked. Also the tub fixtures were very hard to operate and the curtain was mounted diagonally across the tub making it difficult to shower. However, the location is very convenient to the restaurants and activities. "

"The hotel provided luggage service from the pier so we were able to enjoy a lovely lunch before checking in without having to haul around our bags. Bay, Chris and Oliver assisted us at the front desk. They were courteous, informative and professional. There was even champagne and chocolates waiting for us in our clean and comfortable room to celebrate a birthday. What pleasant surprise! Everything about our stay was amazing. I plan on returning again and again and will stay nowhere but at...
