Hoteller med pool i Cast Iron Historic District

"Staff at front desk extremely kind. But No help getting into the car with lugage from the doorman. Hotel warn down and needs renovation. Not very clean. No shelves to put clothes so lived out of my suitcase for 6 days ( 5 star hotel???) No ironboard. Good amenities. Good coffee and minibar selection in room. Loud hip hop music and average coffee in breakfast area. Elevator system good. "

"Nice hotel and great location, but our suite smelled like cannabis, which isn't nice especially when you travel as a family. We complained and they sprayed, which didn't work. Then they told us they would move us to a new room, however when we came back later they were suddenly fully booked. Not the service you expect from a 4.5 star hotel!"

"A really lovely hotel in a great area. Remember to make a reservation if you want to dine in the neighborhood. Nice hotel with friendly staff. The only downside is that you can only get coffee in the restaurant, so you have to wait for it to open."

"Hotel and staff overall very good, however ALOT of noise form the street, which was disturbing our sleep. "

"Hjælpsom reception, men ringe service på værelset. Vi bad om to dyner, som de blev ved med at tage, og vi måtte bede om en ny hver dag. Kaffe og te på værelset. Sorte hår på gulv og vask og i dynebetræk. Meget slidt hotel, meget mere slidt end billederne viser. God seng og puder. God beliggenhed ift. bus til Manhattan. "
