The only thing we did not like was their buffet food it was terrible. Also, the beach club was closed and we were there for that.

Property is very nice.service after several calls was non existent. Food was not good at all and that’s including the higher end restaurants I will not be staying at the grand oasis again or any affiliates and will not recommend any friend and family to stay there . For future trips i will look at other resorts

Will never be staying here again. Upon arrival we tried to make all of our dinner reservations as soon as we gained app access all restaurants had no reservations. The buffet food was disgusting. The staff were only nice when tipped. One bartender stated they will only make us a drink if we tipped him. The rooms were dirty.

This resort was everything you could ask for. Food was great, staff was friendly, location in a perfect spot. Resort is humongous and clean. Multiple pools and beach was big and clean. Lots of rocks and stones in ocean but hey other than that everything else was definitely a 10

In general, it was a beautiful resort, nice rooms, great food and service. However, you should probably upgrade to the black bracelet, otherwise you will get cheap alcohol with the blue/basic bracelet. You get what you paid for right?.

It’s not all inclusive like promise when you get there it’s a catch. You are not allowed to go to many places and if you want to go to many places, you need to add $58 per person air condition to noisy. I couldn’t sleep at night they recycled the food, you are not allowed to go to any bar around the pool if you don’t pay the extra $58 a day per person you’re not allowed to go in the place when I go to guest service they give me a very bad attitude if you don’t pay, you’re not allowed This is my first and last time in this hotel I don’t know if it’s had to do with you or with the hotel but this is the first time in 30 years. I feel so bad in Cancun I felt like I am a stepson that’s not allowed to do nothing over there , they have a different color bracelets and if you don’t wear the right color bracelet, you cannot go nowhere I am coming from very upset

We’ve been to Cancun 6 times and this property was good. What I liked was it was highly walkable - if you want a hotel where you don’t have to leave, this is a good one. The walkable paths are quite long; it’s bigger than you think. There are beautiful birds everywhere and the landscape is beautiful. Just be aware that it gets very loud at night. If you want to dance, this place is for you! The music ends at 10/10:30pm though. The coffee shop opens at 7am. The food was okay but not amazing. Also, they say there are lots of restaurants but 4 of them are the same restaurant, just different rooms you can sit in for the same buffet. We’d say there again if there was a good deal.

I would strongly suggest to stay away from this resort. Firstly, when we arrived, the check in process took over 1 HOUR only for the front desk to tell us that the room was not ready, and made us wait another 30 minutes before we got access to our room. Secondly, the AC in our room would constantly make loud, vibration noises anytime the temperature would be changed manually. This would constantly be intermittent all ours in the night. Thirdly, the food was 2/10 👎 There were a few descent, dine in restaurants but to get in one of them was almost impossible as the reservations were always full. We had to wait for our last night of our 5 day get away, to get a reservation at Bahia Steakhouse. Other than that, you were defaulted to the 2 buffet options. The food at the buffets were definitely below average! It was the same thing every night, no variety, no change. Fourthly, some of the staff were not the most pleasant and made us feel like they were doing us a favor by serving us. With that being said however, they were a handful of staff members that delivered excellent customer service. All in all, the price made this place attractive. However I would recommend investing a little more and going to a nicer resort for a much better experience. I'm would not recommend this resort to anyone!

A lot of the property was closed off for construction. The night life ends at 10:30 which is not advertised , it used to be 2 am . Overall it was a terrible stay and I will not be back .

La ubicación esta estratégica y te puedes movilizar fácil. El checkout es sumamente fácil punto a favor. Varias cosas que no me parecieron la comida deja mucho que desear sin sabor no varían estuvimos 5 días y era el mismo menú casi que a diario. Para hacer las reservaciones en los restaurantes a la carta difícil conseguir cupo a pesar que lo hacíamos con 2 o 3 días de anticipación. El personal lógico hay varias veces exhaustos pero se les notaba el cansancio y el malestar con que a uno lo atendían. Por otro lado me parece que tener dj hasta las 10:30pm un viernes es absurdo al menos medianoche. Y el dísque buffet que queda abierto de 11pm a 5am es una burla básicamente es las sobras de todo el día!! Nada de presentación sino como el volcán de comida toda revuelta.
