"Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay! It is not in the hotel zone, but near Ultramar Ferry in Puerto Juarez. Take the ferry to Isla Mujeres...you won't be disappointed. The owner quickly answered all questions we had, gave restaurant recommendations, etc. We enjoyed having a lengthy conversation with her the day we checked out. We would definitely come again. The view from the condo is amazingly beautiful and peaceful ❤️."

"This is a great condo and awesome location. Everyone, from the Manager, on-site facility team, and transportation are top notch. One of the people in our travel party was getting work done at Cancun Dental Specialists and they were directly across the street. I recommend it to anyone traveling with a group of folks."

"My daughter and I had a great time at the space. The place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had all we needed. The resort grounds, staff, and restaurant were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We found the bus line easy to navigate, and taxi's were always available. We always felt safe during our stay."

"Everything about our stay was wonderful: from communication with Anabel, to Rosy and Dorian waiting (over an hour) for us to get our luggage, to the apartment itself. All the descriptions and pictures are accurate. And so are the reviews: the apartment is not perfect, the bedrooms are upstairs, hence not accessible to anyone with mobility issues and not great for small children. "SRA Elena was very accomidating and has a wonderful condo in Mayan paradise. The beach was wonderful and Jose keeps the grounds, pool, and beach clean. Everything was top notch and was a real treat for a first class getaway. The kids loved the pool and slept well in the airconditioning. Thank you for having us! "We had a reservation for the small rooms. At first they tried to ask us to upgrade for an extra 25USD / night (which would have been cheaper to order directly at hotels.com).
