Mystery Hotel
Flot hotel. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Spa er meget lille og vandet i jacuzzi er slet ikke varm nok. Det ligger i centrum men forvent en længere gåtur på ca 20 min ind til selve gågaden. Der er dog et kæmpe Shopping center meget tæt på.

Luxus og atmosfæriske hotel
Meget atmosfæriske hotel i en historisk bygning. Alt renoveret og virkede meget stiligt. Charmerende spa i gården med planter og flot decor. Meget flot hal hvor restauranten var. Man fik meget luksus for pengene.

Fint ophold.
Hotel er så fint, ren og flot. Tæt på det hele. Personale var venlige og hjælpsom. Morgenmad er også fint. Hvis man skal bruge en taxa, er det en fordel at bestille via reception.

En god oplevelse med et lille men.
Er dejligt hotel med gode faciliteter. Lidt skuffede over at restauranten ikke havde frokost-mulighed, det var kun muligt i weekenden på tagterrassen hvis det var godt vejr. Og restauranten var også lukket for aftensmad så man var nødt til at gå ud i byen hver aften. I forhold til rengøring kunne man godt ønske sig at de selv kunne lugte at afløbet skulle renses og måske lige bruge støvsugeren på værelset når det gjorde rent. Men ellers et pænt rent hotel, gode toiletter på værelset og på fællesarealerne.

Really nice but a Mystery
This hotel is very nice, spaces are impressive generous and original. There are many ideas but maybe a bit too many. Overall it was a high quality experience, with decent breakfast and restaurant. But overall a bit more bling than elegant in many ways and a bling that pulls the overall experience down for me. Large screen tv showing art in the dining space looks out of context, elevators covered in print of draperies and pictures, printed art in corridors and so forth. Its a balance and I couldn't make up my mind if it was being funny or serious. For you to find out.

Fantastic hotel in the center of Budapest
Attentive and helpful staff, spacious room and beautiful decor. Breakfast buffet was of good quality (maybe sometimes a little bit slow in filling up the warm dishes) and cocktails at the rooftop bar were amazing.

Very nice place
Very nice place, friendly staff, nice spa and skybar. The room was not very big but really nice, the shower was amazing and everything was clean, especially enjoyed the little coffee machine with 4 complimentary capsules of nespresso per night. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel & staff
We had a great stay at the Mistery. The room was nice and clean and we enjoy everything from breakfast to the view from the skybar. The weather was fantastic during our stay, so we didn't use the small SPA, but it looked very nice. Best of all was the very nice and friendly staff, who made us feel at home at the Mystery. Thanks guys :-)

Skønt hotel med virkelig dejlig personale
Virkelig søde og imødekomne hotelmedarbejdere. Flot indretning og især hyggeligt med tagterrasse og gratis eftermiddags kaffe og snack i restauranten. Værelset var lidt mørkt, men hyggeligt og det passer meget godt til navnet - med den fantasifulde indretning. Eneste lille minus er at alle planterne var kunstige... det havde klædt hotellet at noget af alt det grønne var ægte. Fint centralt og let at komme rundt til fods eller med offentlig transport fra hotellet.

Virkeligt godt hotel

Fremragende ophold
Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på dette nye hotel. Værelserne og hotellet var virkeligt flot med et lille design tvist. Pga. Regn havde vi også en dag i hotellets spa. Dette hotel og fremfor alt, hotellets venlige og imødekommene personale, var med til at gøres Budapest til en by vi vil besøge igen. 1000 tak for en god hotel oplevelse. En speciel tak går til personalet i baren og de to "taxi" chauffører der er tilknyttet hotellet.

It was our wedding anniversary celebration. We stayed at The Mystery Hotel for 5 nights. Every single hotel staff and management team provided attentive professional service. From the front desk, breakfast, and room service to the spa, we are being taken wonderful care of every day. It felt like home. We are rating 10 out of 10 for our amazing experience. The fact that The Mystery Hotel honored the VIP perks and upgrade when available, Expedia should rank it on top of the VIP hotel list. Everyone should look no further and always choose to stay at The Mystery Hotel whenever you are in Budapest.

I would give ten stars if I could. The staff were so helpful and kind, and really went out of their way to help me. I was upgraded to the Mona Lisa suite, and the big luxurious tub was such a treat after a long day traveling. Wonderful shower/toiletries products and lots of thoughtful touches. The bed was large and comfortable. The room and entire hotel are so ornate and beautifully decorated with some fun twists. Limited room service menu, but food was amazing and service was very quick. Nespresso machine with everything you need for the perfect espresso. Breakfast in the great hall had many yummy options. Treated myself to a massage at the spa, which was wonderful. Staff stored my luggage for free after checkout. Such an incredible hotel, wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thank you, Mystery Hotel and staff!

Budapest Meets Miami
Mystery Hotel was one of the fanciest hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. I stayed two nights in two different rooms. I had to add a night because my flight was cancelled but it was very easy to do so. Both rooms had their own styling and art references. I adored the palm wallpaper. I really enjoyed their spa and spent most of my extra day there relaxing. I also got a workout in at their gym. The restaurant is very fancy and upscale dining but surprisingly affordable. Everyone we worked with there was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even called a cab for me for 5:30am so I could catch my flight. Will definitely stay with them again during my next trip to Budapest.

Amazing stay! The room was beautiful and clean. The spa was a great bonus. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. I would recommend this to everyone. It was out of the way of highly touristy areas, but we had no trouble walking or taking the underground to sites. Staff was wonderful and attentive.

The Mystery Hotel was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The immediate neighborhood needs a cafe or bakery to make for a perfect stay. This is not the fault of the hotel.
