Bella struttura, reception davvero molto carina ed accogliente e camera con letto confortevole. Situata a 10 minuti dalla stazione centrale e a 5 dalla piazza centrale. Letto molto comodo. Unica cosa il bagno non all'altezza del resto della struttura.

Hotel staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly and refused to refund us 1 night stay as we had to leave one night early due to death in the family. Would never recommend this hotel. Hotel manager told me he doesn’t care if I leave a bad review.

Es un hotel 5 estrellas y se nota en los detalles. Desayuno completo buffet con platos hechos al momento, alquiler de paraguas, amenities, etc... La habitación viene bien completa, agua de cortesía, snacks, cafés, bebidas, etc. (Los snacks y bebidas se pagan). Instalaciones muy limpias, cuidadas y completas. Nada que objetar a nivel negativo, salvo que no es para todos los presupuestos.

The property is definitely over priced for what is offered. The towels are old and the bed is not the most comfortable. Breakfast was a disaster, they ran out of food. Thankfully the stay was only one night.

When i reached the hotel i asked the receptionist to send someone to help me with my luggage from the taxi. I was shocked when they told me that i have to wait 45 minutes for that ! Nevertheless, during check in the receptionist was very rude with me. I booked a premium room. I was shocked to found how bad conditions the room is! There is a lot of marks on the wall plus the furniture looks not very clean ! The mixer in the toilet rusted!! Shame to call this place a 5 star hotel ! Definitely not coming to this hotel again & strongly not advising anyone to stay here !

ジュニアスイートのソファーがエキストラベッドになっていたので、しまってくれる様にフロントに頼んでもダメ、夜に帰ってきてもまだそのまま。 コンシェルジュに電話してハウスキーピングに来てもらい、やっと片付いたのが夜9時でした。せっかくのソファースペースを使えなくて残念!チェックインの時間と人数も予め伝えておいたのに。 ホテル入り口に中国語でホテル名が書いてあり、中国人のお客さんが多いのだなーと思いました。 VIP access なのだからアップグレードして欲しい旨をフロントで言いましたが、スパークリングワイン1本と言われアップグレードして貰えませんでした。予約時空室ある場合はアップグレードとの記載があったのに齟齬がありました。

Good option when in Brussels
Very well located. It is comfortable but the rooms are a bit small. We stayed 3 nights and they forgot to clean our room on our second day.

We had a handicap accessible room - the bathroom was not convenient for us - the toilet was too low and there weren’t any hooks to hang toilet bags and towels.

Mediocrity at its finest
Hotel is decent. The service received from front desk was fantastic but maid entered the room to do turn down service when do not disturb was on. Bed was extremely hard and overall just had mediocre vibe.

Worst staff attitude they let you feel like you are on there own home. I didn’t get my benefit as i am a platinum member. Even for late check out they charged me. Worst experience among all the hotels I’ve been in around the world
