Very bad experience with staff. There was no communication between teams. Called them in a panic at one am, among many hotels in the area, and asked if they had a room available for immediate checkin after my initial booking overbooked. A guy informed me they did and he would make a note and we could check in at seven am. We get there, and the manager herself basically tells me her nightshift crew is crazy there are no rooms available and I should’ve never been told that. Not sure what happened with the miscommunication to me I had to pay for, paid a pretty high rate for a one night stay too. I had to sit in my car and wait four hours for them to clean a room. Hotel staff said they would call when they had a room available or they could cancel it. After four hours I made the decision to call and the staff lied and said ‘ I must’ve missed their phone call and they had actually called me earlier.When seeking clarity over the phone management was very rude and said she didn’t have time to keep having the same conversations, even though the whole thing was a mix up on the hotels end we had to suffer the consequences for. Management offered me free parking as compensation, I got all the way home and looked at my receipt from the property just to see I didn’t even get the benefit of free parking I was infact charged to it. There was no apologies for being lied to over the phone or the inconvenience they caused me waste of time and money.
