The hotel is in a good location between Back Bay and Chinatown. The room was a good size, but the space could have been used better. The bathroom is small and cramped, and not at all high end standard. I have stayed at cheap roadside hotels with better bathrooms. There is also some traffic noise from the streets around. Ok it’s an inner city hotel so some noise is expected, but this was more. Bed and tv was good, and lots of power outlets is a plus, but WiFi is not free, and then it’s not even fast. Porters and valet staff was great, but frontdest was very indifferent.
Onsite restaurants, bars and room service was ok, but not great, go to nearby restaurants, better food, better prices, better service.
Generally I never really felt welcome or as a valued guest, I was just another one in a long line to be pumped for as much money as they could get for the time I was there.
