Het hotel ligt op een Centraal punt midden in het oude centrum. Alle trams liggen op loopafstand. Het personeel is vriendelijk, voorkomend en erg behulpzaam. Het ontbijtbuffet is goed verzorgd en wordt steeds keurig aangevuld. Kamers zijn prima en schoon.

The best hotel that we have stayed in for a long time and we travel a lot. It was easy to get to by tram. The room was adequate and We only have one negative comment. The shower screen is too long and it is not easy to get in. Also it wasn’t possible to to fix the shower head.

This is our second stay here and we would not want to stay any where else when in Bordeaux - fabulous location, convenient for tram network and access to the airport. The hotel itself is great - good bedrooms and a bath in the bathroom too which is a real bonus plus a very good shower. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The best place in our opinion to stay when in Bordeaux!

Fantastic location! Staff very friendly. Clean and comfortable accommodation although room a little smaller than what we are accustomed to but it didn’t matter because we spent little time in the room. Breakfast was wonderful and a good deal, however there are so many cafes with in walking distance. Actually everything is within walking distance! I would highly recommend this hotel! Enjoy!

Très belle chambre, super literie rien à redire. Par contre, un point inadmissible, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la salle de bain !!!!!!! Tentative de 18 à 19 h: eau froide Minuit 1h : eau tiède Le matin à 10: entre froid et tiède Avec de l’eau chaude nous aurions été entièrement satisfait de cette établissement mais l’impossibilité de prendre une douche a ruiné notre séjour

Excellent location just off a very busy area but the hotel itself is quiet and the bedding really comfortable with selection of pillows. Internal noise insulation is only okay and we had very loud neighbours on one night but otherwise no problems. The guest lounge area behind reception is a great place to sit and read for a while. Staff on reception and cleaning are very pleasant. A tiny gripe: sheets could be changed more often and hung-up towels less. All in all I would very happily go there again.

A well decorated, well maintained, clean and comfortable location in an ideal location on a quiet (but safe) street in the city centre. Everything was walkable or accessible by nearby trams, there were lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby and the staff were happy to provide advice. The room was comfortable, with excellent coffee and was very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful and happy to store my bag on the last day. Would stay again!

Good value in a great location
Hotel is centrally located, close to the main shopping district and the Christmas market. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and bright.

We stayed 4 nights here and it was just what we wanted. Really central and close to all the attractions in Bordeaux. Also good value for money

Been to this hotel many times. Super friendly staff speaking excellent English. Location is superb and cost very affordable. Breakfast was very good. Only drawback is the lack of an evening restaurant although plenty of places to eat close by. Ordered in room service from the menu we had was not good though. Burger was good but toastie wasn't and chips were cold.

As far as the restaurant is concerned, you are situated in the heart of the city, close to all of Bordeaux's restaurants. The first ones are only a few steps away from the hotel. This is why we only have one breakfast room. As far as room service is concerned, we normally get very good feedback. We are therefore sorry that the dish was cold, you should not have hesitated to inform us at reception, we would have directly ordered another one. Looking forward to welcoming you back.
