Good hotel, walking distance to the metro centre. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Great location. The stack is loud but can’t be helped we slept well anyway. Mattress is comfy and great selection of tea/coffee. Bad points: I asked for my room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. The shower water doesn’t fully drain away causing the bathroom floor to flood every time you use it. The condensation ...

Fantastic location close to bars town and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed visiting Woodhorn Museum and the Maritime Centre at Newbiggin by the Sea.
