"Did not actually stay here but transferred to property across the road. Room key did not work. T.V. and WIFI did not work , no hot water in shared shower, however although advertised as private bathroom. Tea making facilities advertised but no milk, no plug in sink, not able to close window. Seemed to be largely used as a DHSS type accommodation property - less than budget hotel and left after mutual agreement the following morning after evening arrival. Should not be advertised as holiday...

"For the money paid I think it was a great deal - Room was fine and breakfast great.
The location was also great - short walk down to the main pier. Nice staff in the morning.
So many great things to say.
However, there was a strong smell of smoke everywhere - and it seemed like going into the the room I was staying in from downstairs. It seemed like there was smoking indoors from private area but of course that smoke went everywhere and there was a quite horrible smell of stale smoke. I have...

"When we arrived we were greeted by a young man after ringing the doorbell, he took us through to the bar lounge, and read us a load of rules about the place, then he asked us if we used deodorant which a strange thing to ask then said don't spray in the bedroom because of the smoke alarm. The room we were given was supposed to have been a double more like a single with a double bed in it. When you opened the door to the room it banged on the bed it's that tiny, there was no storage had to put...

I want my refund
You lot take money off people that work hard for their money,
These has really affected my mental health and traumatised with the experience I had
