The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, sofa, armchair, and smart TV, with high-speed broadband throughout. The generous double bedroom features ample storage, full-length windows, and a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen. A modern bathroom with shower-over-bath is stocked with complimentary toiletries and towels. A sofa bed for 1 guest can be made up on request (additional fee; select 3 guests when booking). Guests also have access to the on-site co-working space.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the property.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre and Birmingham New Street train station both just a 10 minute walk away.



Getting Around:

Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10 minute walk.



Other Things to Note:

There is a sofa bed for 1 guest in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
