Upon booking:
➞ we require a valid copy of driver's license or passport. Just like in a hotel, and for security reasons, the name on the ID must be the same on your Airbnb account.

➞ Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we will not know until the day of arrival/departure.

➞ EXTRA GUEST FEE: £12 per night after 3 guests

➞ Parties or events are not permitted. If guests are found to have held a party, resulting in additional cleaning, guests will be responsible for an additional £100 cleaning fee and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund.

➞ No SMOKING! No VAPING! A £200 fee will be charged if there is a smell of smoke in the property.

➞ Loud disturbances and/or noise are not permitted or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, a polite request (warning) will be made to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to vacate the unit without a refund.

Unparalleled Security and Peace of Mind➞: There is video surveillance on the block. We have an active recording camera (video ONLY no audio) on the property overlooking the front door ONLY. There is also a smart home device in the living area, which is actively recording decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

➞ No additional guests on-site except those declared on your reservation. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.

➞ Check-in time: 4 PM and check-out time: 10 AM.

➞ Please note that after booking, you must complete the pre-registration form to receive all arrival instructions and that ID/passport is required for all adult travelers.
