The cleaning of the room was catastrophic bad. We found a papir - used - mens boxshorts in the cabinet. Disgusting... All this we addressed when checking out and was offered a refound of 25 percent which we accepted. We just never received the refund. Extreem poor staff at this hotel. No interest in the guests. Only 1 positiv comment. The location off the hotel is perfect..."

Also the spa is only open 8-10 morning or 7-9 evening otherwise it costs 100 punds xtra per day/head! this it not clear on the web. "
