I recently stayed at a hotel in Bath and found it to be a mixed experience. The location was absolutely ideal—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore charming streets, historic sites, and nearby restaurants on foot. The front desk staff truly stood out for their warm hospitality and professionalism. They were attentive and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.
However, the room did not quite match expectations, particularly when compared to the photos online. It was noticeably smaller, which made the stay feel a bit cramped. Additionally, I noticed several cleanliness concerns, especially around the room ladder/stairwell, which could benefit from more regular attention to detail.
In short, a fantastic location and stellar staff, but the experience could be improved with more accurate room descriptions and a few housekeeping upgrades.
