We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle in the reserved parking space.

The parking space is for small and medium sized vehicles.



PETS ARE ALLOWED WITH AN EXTRA COST OF 30 EUROS PER STAY TO BE PAID IN CASH AT CHECK IN.



CHECK IN

Only the owner of the reservation and the number of guests on the reservation will be able to stay alone, previously registered through online check in.

Remember that as it is a private tourist flat, no hotel service is provided, so it will be delivered with the basic products as a courtesy (toilet paper, gel, detergent...) until the guest makes his first purchases.





- Once the check-in is done, the guest has 1 hour to present any complaint or inconformity for lack of cleanliness, smells, humidity, etc., in order to apply the cancellation and refund of the reservation, after this time it is accepted that the guest is satisfied with the whole flat especially with the cleaning, smells, humidity, with the furniture.
