"Location was fantastic. Apartment was well catered and well equipped not to mention super clean. Only a hop,skip and jump away to the beach, shops and supermarket. Local playgrounds are great. "The property itself was well positioned as it was close to all ammenities with a lovely view also. However, the managing agent - Sunshine Coast Getaways- treated us very poorly indeed, as they accused us of withholding the key to the property upon our departure. With no reception desk to the property, the key was collected from and returned to a lock box with combination code. "Modtagelsen var fantastisk, virkelig serviceminded front deal personale - men servicen i restauranten var på ingen måde 5 stjernet hotel værd. Vi havde booket bord til 7 personer, efter 20 min kom tjeneren og spurgte om vi ville bestille - 2 af vores venner var forsinket pga trafikken - men vi ville gerne bestille. Da de ankom, kom tjeneren ikke over og tog imod drikkevarer bestilling - vi ventede 40 min på der kom en tjener - 20 min på at de drikkevarer vi havde bestilt kom - 6 hovedretter kom, den sidste kom først 7 min efter vi andre havde fået vores. Ingen tjenere var forbi for at tjekke om maden var god eller om vi manglede drikkevarer. Morgenmads buffeten var lækker, men igen var services virkelig dårlig - vi blev smidt i de fjerneste hjørner, kaffebestillingen blev glemt - kun 1 tjener Patrik var opmærksom og smilende."
