"Pool could be more user friendly by adding a ladder for easier access in and out. Lighting is pretty poor throughout…maybe upgrade to LED. Installation of an outdoor fan would be helpful in summer."

"The property was excellent. It was well presented and well equipped however I would recommend two additions. One a clothes horse as it is difficult to get things dry on the line and two a step stool (just a small one) as when you are not very tall it is difficult to reach the clothes line etc. Other than those two items everything was great. Thank you! Would love to return."

"Lovely property with a set up that was perfect for our extended family group. Older couple with daughter, son-in-law and 2 kids, 6 and 3. The kids loved to pool and were in it every day. The location is in a quiet, leafy area just south of the main streets of Port Douglas a short 8 mins. away by car. The photos of the site are exactly as depicted. Plenty of towels and pool towels all provided."

"Great stay in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. All the mod cons and like a home away from home. Beautiful outdoor area with plunge pool. Very quiet and a short stroll to main pool and beach. "

"This house really exceeded all of my expectations. Our group included 5 adults and 3 kids (6, 4 and 2). The separate (yet attached) self contained unit was amazing for grand parents. The location is right next to the beach, close to a park for kids and a short drive into Port Douglas. You’d need a car to get to town. The house was clean, fully equipped and provided linen and towels. There was also room for our caravan in one of the two driveways. The pool was easy to get in and out of with...

"Perfect for our group, 2 Grandies, 4 parents and 4 kids(6 -10 y/o). Sleeping/bathing spaces for each family group, lounge/relaxation spaces for each age group or whole group together. And the kids lived in the heated pool when the weather was unkind. Short adventure-walk to the excellent beach. Thankyou Heather."

"The family of 10 was very comfortable in the property with lots of space and the right combination of beds and bathrooms . The pool was amazing and outdoor area was perfect . The kitchen is very well equipped with all the appliances we needed. Also , lots of fridge and freezer space and the washer and dryer were fantastic. Air conditioning worked really well and we highly recommend this property . We had cars and so the fact that we weren’t right in town or on the beach wasn’t a problem ....

"We had a fabulous week and the house was perfect for a family group. Living areas were spacious and bathrooms good size. The pool was huge and it was helpful to have pool toys. Kitchen had everything you needed except for a sharp knife! Thoroughly recommend staying as it was clean, fresh and only a few minutes walk to 4 Mile Beach."
