The Athens Abode: Pool, Urban Oasis near UGA

Welcome to our charming home located in the heart of Athens, GA! Whether you're a football fan, a music enthusiast, or just looking to experience the vibrant culture of Athens, our place is the perfect base for your stay.
Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our home provides a quiet escape while being just minutes away from UGA and downtown Athens.
Whether you're in town for a game day, a cultural event, or a relaxing getaway, our home provides the ideal haven for your stay.

The space
Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with memory foam mattress, four pillows, small dresser, two end tables that can be pulled in close to the bed to act as a small table or desk, and a smart TV.
Each of the two full bathrooms have standard amenities including large mirrors, sink, and tub/shower combo and are stocked with towels, makeup towels, shampoo and body wash. A hair dryer is also provided.
In the living room, you can enjoy viewing your favorite streaming media on the 50" flatscreen smart TV. There is a comfortable setup for those that are working on the go - either use our spacious desk and work from a comfy chair, or just enjoy working from the convertible sofa bed on the coffee table that can be opened up for an elevated workspace!
Enjoy your freshly-brewed morning coffee while sitting out on the patio, eat takeout at the dining table, or make a meal for yourself in our stocked kitchen!
Laundry room available for use. First Aid Kit located in kitchen cabinet (red case).
Guest access
You will have full access to the apartment save for the access-controlled closet located on the patio. You will have access to the Business center, Grill area , Gym, Bark Park, Pickleball court and Pool.
